Chi-Chi's is well located in the center of Luxembourg. Two different options where to seat. In the Terrase or inside in the ground floor or on the first floor. The service is efficient and quick. We had the Pepercorn steack that was well prepared and tasty.

Cheap food but expensive prices. Unfriendly staff, hardly finding a waiter to speak anything other than French, very poor experience!

The restaurant is in a perfect location, in Place d'Armes and has a fresh style. They offer a variety of Mexican food and I got a chicken salad in a tortilla. The food is not special. Sauces, essential in Mexican cuisine, didn't taste original... Vegetables didn't taste at all. Prices are ok. If you have a limited budget and want to seat in the middle of Luxembourg in summertime, it's ok.

Chi Chi's were quite prevalent in the US (when I was a kid). They had a lot of financial problems, and the Hepatitis A problem put the nail in the coffin (in the US). I had never eaten there, so we decided to try it. Normally I don't eat at chain restaurants, especially in Europe, but this was a unique situation. Chi Chi's was packed and the waitress told us it would be a long wait. We sat out in the courtyard, and told the waitress that we would just have a beer before we got our food...we had a lot of beers! I was surprised that the food tasted as good as it did. But, it still had that tex mex chain restaurant taste, like Carlos O'Kelly's, On the Border. The Bofferding beer was good! The atmosphere of eating outside in the courtyard area was really nice.

Visited this place on the square largely because we wanted cocktails and everywhere seemed to have quite average reviews.

Prices were pretty average (10-15EUR for a main, pitcher of cocktails 14EUR) but they bring you a basket of tortillas when you sit down. Food was quite average, more on the greasy mexican side than the healthy mexican type of food. For vegetarians there are only 3 options on the menu and no fish so not much choice. Boyfriend said his chili quesadilla had a really good flavour though.

We pretty much got what we expected, service was quick.
