poor service, grey and lonely

Aged and without any warm character. 80s interior and not upstates since. Clean but empty.
Service the poorest I have ever encountered, long wait at check in, food poor quality and expensive, breakfast had barely any service and food selection was basic only.
Rooms are large but aged, hardly any amenities or color, absolutely no fell at home atmosphere but only I am glad it’s only one night feeling.
Mostly lower tier businesses travelers who stay here, but clearly no one comes here voluntarily or stays longer than needed.
ok for a sleepover but I will tell my assistant to take this hotel off our list.

I’m very concerned to read that your stay wasn’t up to your satisfaction, especially about the disappointing level of service which was provided during your stay with us. Please allow me to express my sincere apologies you didn’t find any warm character or home atmosphere during your business stopover, which are - I can only be agree with you - essentials elements of successful hospitality. Our property has been already partly renovated, and we will continue to build for a very remarkable place. Prices good at specific periods but very expensive (unecessarily so) at other periods. Checkin and checkout is horrible. There is always a queue no matter what time you go to reception. Parking is charged, very strange, considering the prices for the rooms.

Horrid stay at my favorite hotel chain. Food service had taken 2.5hrs then the order came incorrect and cooked incorrectly. The restaurant was also empty so no excuse. I would recommend to stay more central where you can venture into town where you can have a nice selection of places to eat. After my experience with the hotel food I went into town for food every night and the taxi services to and from the center were minimum 45euros round trip. Hotel staff were also rude and unpleasant to deal with. Very disappointing with my stay at this hotel. The only reason I have given this hotel 1 rating is because its the lowest I could select. Honestly before you book this hotel, think about the options and what you are going to be doing whilst in Luxembourg. Stay more central so you can save your money on taxi's and have a great selection of places to eat.

I was truly disappointed to learn, that your overall impression of our property was not up to your expectations. Please allow me to express my sincere apologies for the poor food service you experienced during your stay. Please let me share this was certainly not a reflection of our usual high standards. Your comment has been discussed internally with the related Manager. We also recalled staff to be more extremely attentive to guests' needs and to provide all informations like cheap transportation to City centre or great places to eat in the near area when they're requested.

Very good family friendly Hotel. Its located away 7-10min from the city centre but the buses so come by every 10-15 minutes and very accessible.
Shuttle services are provided from Airport free of charge if one sends in a email to the hotel of their time of arrival to Lux Airport.
Rooms are spacious that's for family rooms/ suites that we booked and a hearty breakfast is provided to ones utmost satisfaction.
Would definitely recommend and would be going back to this hotel next time round.

The hotel is good with spacious rooms and comfy beds but the staff definitely needs to improve and up their game. It is not Hilton standards to deliver water after 30 mins and 3 calls to room service. The same with the house keeping department where i made 3 calls for a toothpaste and ultimately i had to look out for a house keeping personnel in the passage and ask for it.
The staff is not very pro active, not rude but definitely not friendly.
Three stars just for the room and the view.

We arrived at this hotel today and had problems immediately from check in. We were given our room keycard, which didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk to be told that the keys don’t work right away and we should wait 5 minutes and try again. Once we finally got in the room, it wasn’t up to the standard we expected, the furniture is dated and in need of replacement and the beds are easily the worst I’ve had in any hotel. We ordered a pizza from a restaurant in kirchberg, which was delivered but it took the front desk 30 minutes to call us to tell us it had arrived, obviously it was cold and inedible. The front desk staff couldn’t seem to comprehend why this was an issue despite the fact our room number was clearly written on it. Also, the prices of food at the hotel are ridiculously high so we won’t be eating here. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
