This was not a cheap restaurant, but the food was fresh and beautifully prepared. The owner makes an effort to engage with the diners, explaining the dishes in detail, even tells you where the produce comes from. You have to pay for quality. And if you have a table outside, you can watch the Maltese world go by. Will happily go back again when next in Malta.
