Description: This is a family run business and we do our best to give the home made food feeling. We mainly cook A La Carte therefore the menu changes twice daily, depending on what is fresh during the day. For those that are in more of a rush there are the snacks and burgers menu. Being exactly in the middle of Valletta one could shade themselves from the scorching sun under our lovely trees whilst having their well deserved break.

Really enjoyed this smart little pavement cafe which is adjacent to St.John's cathederal and closeby the two other restaurants in St.John's Square. The tables situated under parasols have the added benefit of spraying a very fine cooling mist. While we were there during July they had a sax/clarinetist performing with backing tapes two or three times a week, but even if he's not there when you visit you can also benefit from live performers on the nearby steps of the cathederal which seems to be a regular occurrence.

Good food and drink at reasonable prices and I can definitely recommend the Thai fishcakes. At night, with the glow from the lit up cathederal, the buzz from the collective eateries and the sound of live performers, you get a great ambience.

All the best in your travels,

Peter and Rosalind

Very nice location near Saint Paul's Cathedral, good service and the best BBQ & honey spare ribs I had in a long time. Prices are very reasonable too.

Very poor service. Waitress was miserable. Waited ages just to get to her to take our order. Then waited ages for our drinks, and then we were missing one. Beer wasn't cold. Ordered the paella, not much and only just warm. Would not recommend.

Great Brugers and Snacks. Took a while for service/kitchen but it was worth waiting for. Fresh and friendly!

Came here while visiting Valetta and sat under the amazing spraying umbrellas! Was really nice to get lightly spritzed every now and then to cool down! We shared the Kantina platter and it was absolutely delicious! There was plenty there for the two of us and was only 4 euros each! The service was very polite and the location in the centre watching the world go by was really lovely. Highly recommend!
