“Best lebanese food in Malta bar none!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

Well Jamal is about the most passionate chef for Arabian food. His Lebanese/Syrian/Mediterranaen food is all prepared fresh fresh fresh!. Jamal is welcoming and fun and always happy to chat to his customers unless he is rushed off his feet. He has a good team around him and they are a great place to either have a quick Falafel salad or a full blown Lebanese meal with a huge spread of mezze. On offer is the best Tabouleh on the Island, simply delicious chicken breasts marinated in yoghurt and sumac. Fresh chicken kebabs (shish Taouk) and shish kofta. The salads are varied and super fresh from mixed salads to wonderful fried augergine. Hoummous is made fresh daily. No alcohol is served but that is simply not a problem as there are lots of drinks to choose from. Fairly priced indeed and excellent value for money with generous portions. Do not be afaid to share a table outside in the sun and look across the sea - it is always fun chatting to holiday makers, students and locals alike. Well worth a visit or two or more! Well done Jamal Rabih and their team. Only only small downside is the squish at the order bar, but do not let that put you off. Jamal speaks fluent German. Prosit!

“best wrap on the island”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 18, 2013

I had a beef wrap. The meat was succulent and tasty. The salads of a very high standard. The choice of sauces/condiments is excellent: chilli, garlic yoghurt, tahini, hummous, etc. The result was quite simply the best wrap I've ever had in Malta. It cost me 5 EUR.

I held back from giving the full five stars because of the slow service (considering this is a fast food joint). However this is partly due to Jamal (the guy running the place) constantly chatting to the customers whom he all seemed to know by first name. This is a sure indication that his customers are loyal.

I will definitely return and next time I will try the tasty-looking falafel wrap with the roast veggies (which looked very yummy!).

“expensive kebab!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 11, 2012

this place is well situated in sliema, right on the sea front. the food is authentic, very nice kebab and love the falafel but it has got just a bit too expensive for fast food. for the same price you can go to a restaurant and have a proper sit down meal.

“Great Kebabs”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 30, 2012

There is a good selection of veg, couscous, coleslaw etc and the kebab selection is great. They have also unique dressings to make the plate more inviting. The portions are well sized. The staff is very friendly especaily the owners Rabih and Jamal. The negative part is that the premises is very small but still I will go there another time for sure.

“Top notch!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 13, 2012

If you are in Sliema Malta and you are a lover of Lebanese cuisine, then this is best place where you can find it and it's reasonably priced as well! Staff is constantly busy, but this doesn't affect the quality of the food or their friendly attitude. The Romanian member of staff is always focused on delivering good quality service and he might swear under his breath when he gets frustrated with himself, but you won't know that if you are not a Romanian language speaker, and if you are-you'll smile and understand and that will add fun to your eating experience- very tasty kebap, kafta, falafel, all completed with different Lebanese traditional salads from a large range to chose from!
