The indoor and the outdoor of this church are really wonderful, it's an impressive building and the inside is even more impressive. This huge decorated dome is breathtaking !
A place not to miss !

The domed ceiling is magnificent, the spot where the German bomb entered the church when 300 congregation were praying is still visable. the miracle was it never exploded. A replica of the bomb can be seen and its unbelievable it never detonated. lovely tea rooms just across the road and good bus service to other parts of island.

This village church is impressive by its size and boasts of a coupole larger than that of St. Paul of London.
The interior is nice and worth a look.
Worth a stop.

Although not as ornately decorated as the Co-cathedral the Rotunda has a dome to equal St Paul's in London. Worth a short visit, maybe half an hour, amd don't forget to check out the display in the back room which has a replica of the bomb that fell through the roof in 1942

Visited this wonderful building on Good Friday and was in awe of the architecture (the dome is spectacular) and the beauty of this church. In the back of the church there is a small museum of the parish and building and you can also see the unexploded bomb that hit the church during WWII. Underneath the front sidewalks is an underground passage that winds under the streets (they were just opening this up for the season during my visit).
