Went to Fontanella on a Saturday early afternoon, but after the lunch craze; the tea garden was still very busy, but it is expected as the view from this place is impeccable. When in Mdina, going here is a must. Their menu consists of a variety of teas and hot chocolates (with flavours). They are mostly known for their cakes, however they have a food menu consisting mainly of pizzas, bread snacks and pasta. The only complaint I have is the lack of help from staff to find a table. When a restaurant is so busy, I expect someone to be in charge, instead of letting clients roaming around the tables, hoping to get lucky and eventually find a table.
