Ramla is beautiful beach with plenty of space for all. The restaurant on beach run by Rose and her family is good for
all types of food and their help with sunbeds and information is excellent.

Being surrounded by plenty of parking spaces, close to the bus route and a nice walk from Xaghra Centre makes this a beach of choice for many.

It was a little cold for swimming in our March/April visit, but it was lovely to sit and enjoy the sun and views.

I have given this a 4 as there were disappointingly no cafés open at the time of our visit, despite the abundance of visitors at the site.

This is a beautiful sandy beach, a perfect place to spend a day relaxing & enjoying the sea. There are two cafes for a bite to eat, or go prepared with a pack up. There is also the remains of a roman villa, you might think it is just an old wall but use your imagination & it's all there!

Its a vast sandy beach with no buildings and its a place of historic and geological beauty and interest. There are some places to eat Lunch and the sicilian restaurant is great for Lunch and Dinner, also BBQ nights. Plenty of Parking and toilets.

We went to Ramla Beach in oct 13.
It wasnt to busy being the end of the season and a nice sandy beach, the sea is rocky to the left of the statue and nice and sandy to the right, and it shelves out really shallow so safe for paddling and swimming, the water was so warm.
There is a restaurant area at start of the beach and ( very smelly ) toilets just behind this.
Lots of offers from the deckchair guys,15 e for 2 beds and umbrella, then they knock it down to 10e and they carry it all to where ever you want to sit on the beach.
If you go by bus it drops you a short walk from the beach, there is parking for cars but imagine it gets busy in the summer months.
We had a lovely relaxing day on our sunbeds and in the sea.
Go visit if you are on Gozo.
