I have stayed in Xaghra several times but have not eaten at this restaurant before.
My first visit had delicious boned Guinea Fowl with Honey & Balsamic Dressing. The second time Giant King Prawns cooked with White Wine, Brandy and Garlic and served with rice.
We did not have starters but Brochette and bread were served whilst we waited for our main course.
Both meals were excellent, served hot, plenty of vegetables, attentive but not intrusive service. Excellent rose Gozitan wine.

we've been in Xaghra 10 days and have eaten there 5 times, excellent location in Victory Square, the staff couldn't do enough for us, Martin and Brian especially. Brian even offered to drive us home one night, Chris the chef does a fantastic job, notable meals rabbit, tuna steak, quail, seafood ravioli. Gozitan wine excellently priced. We're going back tomorrow for our last meal before flying back to rainy Blighty. Thank you chaps for making our stay so wonderful.

We went here for dinner and found an extensive menu based on Italian cooking but with a decent smattering of Gozitan dishes and some specials.
The food we had was nice, I had a special penne pasta with local sausage and my wife had chargrilled chicken with a really intense "sweet and sour" dipping sauce.
Our only gripe with the place was that the service was so very slow. We are used to maltese service which is laid back, at best, but waiting 20 minutes just to be offered a menu and a drink was not good. Maybe we just caught them on a bad night?!

Excellent food and fast service. We had the grilled chicken breast and rib eye with mushroom sauce together with a bottle of white house wine. Incredible food. A pleasure in every bite!
We'll definitely go again and suggest this restaurant to friends!
