We stopped here after going round the citadel and were in urgent need of refreshments. The atmosphere is quite remarkable- something of a Parisian cafe set inside an ancient Maltese limestone building, right on the central market square. The range of food choices was varied and wide, so there would be something for everyone. We had a club sandwich and a traditional Maltese fish pie (Lampuki Pie) and both were lovely and reasonably priced.
The walls are adorned with a multitude of prints and pictures (all of which are for sale) and next door is their deli, which is stuffed with gorgeous goodies. Well worth a visit.

been there during the festive season and it was so busy as usual, yet atmosphere was nice, locals standing by the bar drinking whisky and greeting each other. i dont like strong capuccinos and the one i had in there was simply the way i like it, tasty yet not that strong. i also love their home made maltese traditional pastizzi. Their ravjul is unique, simply the best on the islands. When we visit Gozo, Cafe Jubilee is always our first stop. good value for money.

In an excellent location right in the heart of Victoria. I would highly recommend this place for a light lunch or supper. Good quality food and competitive wine list.

This used to be a regular haunt/favorite of ours, on our return this year we found it to be in dire need of a thorough clean and refurbishment. Still has the same menu as last year, i don't just mean the same meals but the same actual menus.... hate to think what lives on them.
I had a steak sandwich which was without a doubt the worst meal I have ever been served (even taking into account my going to boarding school and serving in the Army) though it was removed from our bill and I received an apology I will not be hurrying back in a long long while.
Shame on you Cafe Jubilee you have become lazy
