well it is the only one actually but matters not Golf is the key. I thought it was a little overpriced at 60 euro for the round but they do have a captive market, I also thought that wanting 10 euro to park in the grounds was a bit ott, however that is because the course forms part of a wider sports complex so it is not down just to the course. Anyway free parking outside the barrier and about a 300 yard walk to the clubhouse which is under renovation. I had booked a 9am tee many months ago which had been moved due to a club comp, this was to my benefit as it was a shot gun so I teed off into an empty course. The 1st and 2nd are tough +400 par fours, no easy start, this is followed by three par three's which could also be described as a nest of vipers. The 4th confused me until I saw the green and flag through a brick archway which made it very different, you stike over this. The 6th, a par 5 takes you to the end of the course there is then a bit of up and down play until the 12th a nice short par 4 with a tricky green. The 13th is a reachable par 5 with a good wind, 14 a tough +200 par three. 16, 17 and 18 all short par 4's could give up birdie opportunities, unless like me you hook your drive on 16 down the storm drain! I had booked another round and had enjoyed the first so came back again, I was delighted to get another good run but desperately disapointed when seven of the greens were now temporary. Having managed to get one of those birdies on the 18th that I hadn't got on 16th x 2, 17th x 2 or 18th x 1 I decided to complain about paying the same fee for 11 proper holes. To complete a very satisfactory visit the lady in the pro - shop apologised and gave me a 25% refund, good customer service will always get you a good review.Play and enjoy.
