Rooms were neat and tidy. View was stunning.... Only complaint was the cock crowing from 11 pm right through the night. Meal times were an adventure. Very different but enjoyable all the same. Dessert served at breakfast buffet! No coffee served at dinner time - have to pay extra for this. WiFi worked most of the time.

I stayed here for almost two weeks during the Sukkot Celebration. I cannot begin to praise the Staff and Management at this establishment without naming a few of the people I came in contact with. Tony who manages the hotel went above and beyond the call of duty whenever I had any request. Amal our housekeeper kept our room spic and span clean and would bring flowers from her yard to decorate the desk. Razan one of the night clerks helped with any and all problems that might have occurred. Nasser, one of the servers at breakfast and supper always made sure we treated to the best of what they had to offer each evening. If you are concerned about the atmosphere of trouble in the area...DON"T. I never felt unsafe or that I was in a dangerous situation. The best of everything was displayed in the service and staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay if you are in the Jerusalem area. Price was a lot better than in the city.

Pleasant stay. The restaurant was Greek themed (not quite to our taste, but always enough of what we did like). Sadly, we felt squashed into a corner which was almost impossible to access without making many others move, thus interrupting their meals. Pleasant rooms and quiet surrounds.

ideally located, a very beautiful property, walking distance to the church of nativity, milk grotto and the market area, beautiful interiors, rooms/bathrooms are clean and tidy, friendly staffs, food and beverages are good enough

Room Tip: we stayed on the 2nd floor, which is less noisy and quieter,

Better than expected!! Our Holy Land pilgrimage trip on November. We stayed for three days, helpful and friendly staff!!! Balcany view for sunset. “Quiet, Comfortable". Great food. Authentic to this region. Free Internet available throughout the hotel, even in rooms.
