Bleasdale boulder Conservation area is definitely worth checking out.
Located minutes north of Trenton it is easily accessible from the 401.
The area consists of short wooded hiking trails with the highlight being the boulder the area is named for.
This is a huge house sized rock just sitting in the woods.
It is quite the sight and well worth the few minutes walk from the parking lot.

Visited on May Long Weekend with my family. We enjoyed the short walk to the boulder. Saw a few trilliums on the trail. Love getting out into nature and enjoying the trails. Good parking on site.

I went here early in the spring (there was still snow) and it was still really nice. Great for walking, running, taking photos, even just clearing your mind. Im a beginner photographer so i took some photos while i was here, and they turned out really well. This is a great location for time out doors.

The Bleasdell Boulder Conservation Area is a great place to go for a walk or hike, especially early in the morning. There's a massive boulder with information on it and how it got there. There is a small bridge over water which is great for photographs. It's a free location to visit but is slightly confusing to get to if you are driving as it's slightly secluded and somewhat hidden, you will be able to find it easily as long as you pay close attention to the signs leading to the boulder.
