A tiny buffet with the basic dishes. Don't expect fancy in the decor either. A sort of "homey" atmosphere. But it is inexpensive.....less than $10/person with tax . They serve cold drinks and beer but 90% of the customers just opt for water.
We go there any weekend we want to just eat chineese but not break the bank. It does get busy, sometimes very busy, with mostly local residents and some cottagers in the summer. The decor isn't glitzy, but is clean and the plates and cutlery are clean.
Food is hot and fresh and it doesn't take long to refill an item that is sold out. And it tastes good. The staff are friendly and efficient. being a small town the customers are polite to each other when rubbing elbows at the small buffet table.
