“Great food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 8, 2013

Met a young lady on a plane trip from Charlotte to Salisbury and she mentioned a little place in Dewey beach her Dad owned. Well we went tonight and I must say it was worth the trip. Very small be friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent. We enjoyed it very much and plan to visit again. Thank for the tip about this great little place place is called Perucci's and would recommend it highly

“Very small, cozy and excellent food”

Perucci's is an enigma, very good food but very close quarters. You will be very comfortable when seated but that can be a challenge at times. Well worth the challenge, the pizza is great, the pasta is some of the best around, and their off season specials are really terrific! We eat here often and have only had one problem (foil left in the lasagna) which was quickly rectified and taken care of by the owner.
Would recommend reservations during peak times but well worth the visit.

“Could not be more pleased!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 12, 2012

As a group of students in the area (i come from a long line of chefs and foodies thus I know my food, student or not) we were struggling to find a place we could afford yet still get an amazing meal and perucci's was just that! Every course we had was better than the next - the best was really saved for last - perucci's tiramusi and cheesecake were honestly, to.die.for!!!! I am a sucker for clean bathrooms as well and perucci's bathrooms are immaculate. I would love to try their outdoor dining when the weather warms up. I will absolutely be back with more friends for the best Italian restaurant in the area!!

ps. one of my friends has both a lactose and a gluten allergy and perucci's menu offers selections without both within all their courses!

“Over-rated; More Flash Than Good Food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 5, 2012

Cute old firehouse setting, highly visible. But the food is mediocre. Small portions, high prices -- no value. I ordered the zuppa di mare (pasta with seafood) -- one shrimp, one clam, one scallop. Small and no flavor. My wife ordered a pasta dish and soup first -- over priced and no flavor. The wait staff and hostess don't care -- if you complain, they shrug and walk away. We've been there three times...another time we ordered the eggplant parm -- undercooked, tough, like rubber. High priced wines by the glass. Do not eat here -- it's for tourists who don't know any better but shell out big bucks. LOL. Came into Bethany with great fanfare, but disappointing.
