After searching for a restaurant that wasnt ridiculously overpriced we came across Solon, a main meal will set you back about 2,500 kr. I had fish and chips and the other half had chicken burrito, both were nice meals, not amazing but good enough. The interior is stylish and staff friendly, i would recommended this place to anyone.

Went on a Monday evening and although the main courses were ok, the garlic bread we chose as a starter was nothing more than a bit of flabby cheese on toast. Service was fairly slow despite not being busy. An ok place, but nothing special.

Visited the restaurant twice during our stay in Reykjavik.Food was very good and the prices very reasonable by Icelandic standards.Service was very good during both visits, and the premises were spotless.During our visits, and any time we passed by, it was busy. Think that speaks for itself.

Had a lovely dinner here recently. Service was quick and food fresh and tasty. We had a window seat and was great to watch the world go by while we dined.
