Really enjoyed our stay here. Cute place, very clean, not far away Laugavegar (About 10 min walk). Had a fabulous run up to Perlan and paths around there. Only drawback was wifi was not available in the rooms. Breakfast was amazing, and loved the pretty breakfast area. Also, every time I had a question, I was emailed back almost immediately. Excellent service, highly recommended,

I chose Snorri's Guesthouse for our last night in Iceland, after several days in the north, for its convenience and good Trip Advisor reviews. My husband and I were delighted at the size, comfort, and luxury of our 2nd floor room and private bath (shower), as well as with the location.

Reading lights on each side of the bed, excellent bed linens, an ample closet, and the nicest bathroom we had on our trip, plus the diverse and delicious buffet breakfast and consistently helpful, friendly staff all exceeded our expectations!

Room Tip: Ours was on the side and on the second floor, so we heard little traffic noise.

Snorri's is within walking distance of the main shopping street and yet in a residential area. Our room was quiet, clean and had a private bath and a balcony. The fresh bread at breakfast was terrific and there was always fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt. Great way to start the day. Magnus was very helpful and the staff as well. Everyone was very friendly. What more can you want? It was a great place to stay!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a private bath. Some rooms have a nicer balcony and may be slightly bigger, but...

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. We were very happy with our room. Magnus is very helpful. Breakfast was all we needed. We want to return and would certainly stay here again.

They welcomed us at 3AM with no problem. Breakfast is recommended. Magnus very helpful and kind. Not that far from city center (even if other accomodation are closer). On the negative side: the guesthouse is on a busy road and during the night we could feel vibrations of trucks passing by.

We booked a room for 5 days at this guesthouse, and we do not regret it! It was easy to get there when we arrived at the bus station: you can walked 10 minutes or use the free shuttle. You room was very clean and calm. Breakfast is good (great warm bread!) and it is also possible to use the kitchen to cook. We want to thanks Magnus for his greet and good advices for visits in Reyjavik and Jökulsárlón

spent 3 nights total here. the rooms were very large and comfortable. fridge, sink- coffee, tea kettle. There was a couch and small table with chairs in each room. Spotless. super friendly staff- very helpful. breakfast was amazing and plentiful. would definitely 100% recommend it. had a room with no bathroom so had to use the common bath room in the hall- not a big issue. we had a problem once finding parking by the B&B but generally parked right in front.

Room Tip: rooms on the top floor don't have a shower so you have to go down to the basement to shower. not...
