We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious and the staff was professional. The in house breakfast was quite good. The only negative was that the spa cost extra, so we did not use it.

Excellent hotel in excellent location close to restaurants and shopping. Everything was within walking distance. Rooms were small however everything was clean and well taken care of. Restaurant had a decent selection for dinner. Breakfast is included, though maybe selection could have been changed up on some days. There was a lot to choose from but same menu everyday. Iceland is expensive for food so this can save you a lot of money. Love the fact the grayline tours picked up right outside the door. Would stay again or recommend.
This hotel includes complimentary breakfast! Breakfast was good, wished it had a different menu every other day. Kind of got tired eating the same thing for a week. No AC in room. Couldn't sleep bc people were outside talking/yelling on the street. Close to bar...drunk people. Otherwise, it's a friendly and convenient location for sightseeing in Reykjavik.
My dauhgter had the best ever birthday present by visiting Iceland and stayed in the hotel. Everything was great. An unforgettable memories. Our stay in hotel was just excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Iceland
Spent one night here at the end of our Icelandic holiday. Well located in the central area of Reykjavik and easy to walk to the main shopping streets. Bedrooms and facilities were very clean. Buffet breakfast was very good although at the time we went down (9am) the breakfast area was very crowded so it took a short time to get a table for four people. The hotel has a small number of parking spaces on a first come first serve basis so check out car parking prior to your visit. Staff very friendly.
We chose this hotel because of its very central location and it offered good value for our money. The hotel certainly met all of our expectations and more. The staff at the reception desk, notably Pedro, were very friendly and extremely helpful.
