Electrical problems....not able to sleep

Lights kept coming on all night long by themselves. Obviously a malfunction in electrical service. We couldn’t sleep all night long and were not compensated for our inconvenience. The electricity was turned off at 3:39 am in our room to give us a couple of hours of sleep.

Great experience

Good room clean and comfortable.
Jorgensen bar and restaurant excellent. The fish special of the day was superb each dinner and service very good.
The staff at the front desk were all fantastic, kind and understanding. They helped resolve some issues with airport transfers and credit cards which were troubling us. Most helpful and relieved our anxiety. Will definitely stay there next time.

Nice stay in Reykjavik

Nice hotel in easy walking distance to downtown Reykjavik.. Black out curtains could have been better. Staff was helpful and friendly. Fly Bus drops off and picks up right at the hotel. Would consider this or some of the other CenterHotels for a future trip.

One night- was okay

Was on the 5th floor with a view. The service, location, and view were great. The only disappointment was the room cleanliness. Sheets are worn and a bit discolored, furniture scratched , and bathroom had a moldy smell which made it's way into the room. Otherwise, 5 star review.

great experience at Centerhotel Midgardar

Neat and clean rooms. Restaurants very good great variety, hotel centrally located, excursion pickups in front of hotel. Staff speaks multiple languages. Very pleasant and caring. Nice Spa, neat and clean.
