My partner and I had a really nice stay here for our time in Reykjavik. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast downstairs was really enjoyable each morning and the staff are all really welcoming and friendly. The hotel manager was really helpful and polite and reception staff seemed really lovely. The downstairs square can be noisy and did wake us up a few times one night (but it’s daylight at 3am), this was only one night out of our 5 night stay. The black out curtains are awesome and block all light to the room when required.

The hotel was very conveniently located but the square is quite noisy so we could hear the people outside way past 03.00.

The shower looked very mice and modern but was very impractical as the water splashed all over the place. Only a semi circle was protected by glass and the floor was slanting, but that did mot help. The bathroom floor became very wet and we needed to wipe it with the mat.

The ‘open’ cupboard and shelves were a novelty. I have mot seen this anywhere else in the world.

The pillows were horrible and the sheets were not soft at all. I suggest different pillows and better quality sheets.

The room was modern and nice. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel it's in the center of the city, and because of that finding a parking around the hotel is not easy especially after 6pm and on Sundays. No loading zone at front. Small room. Good breakfast..
