The apartment was in a convenient location and nicely appointed. The apartment had everything we needed for cooking, eating, relaxing and sleeping.

“Actually perfect - couldn't have been any better!”
Reviewed May 3, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

Stayed for 3 nights in April with sister,16 yr old daughter and her friend. Apartment is just fabulous - really spacious, well equipped and warm! Ideally located just a few minutes walk from the main shopping/entertainment streets which meant it was relatively quiet. About 12-15 minutes from the harbour. Has everything you could possibly need for a self catering break - including lots of staples in cupboards such as tea, coffee, herbs spices, sauces, cling film etc and a washing machine and tumble dryer in case of wet weather. Compared to the price of even 3* hotels in this expensive city, it was excellent value for money. As the title says - absolutely perfect!

“Perfect location”
Reviewed April 13, 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We stayed 2 nights as a family of 5. The location is perfect...an easy walk to Harpa, Hallgrimskirkja church and everything in the 101 area. Supermarket a short walk too. No need to Bring a guide book, there is every leaflet needed already here. Big living space and kitchen had everything we needed. A great start to our visit to Iceland. Reykjavik has a good vibe and plenty to see and do..try and fit in some time here.

“Great location and well-appointed flat”

Suited our needs ideally as we were in Reykjavik for 9 nights. Ample space to relax, cook, and generally served as a great base for our excursions!

Booked a 3 night stay and really wished it could have been longer. The apartment was easy to find and there is parking just outside (It is pay and display in the spots out front so feed the meter between 9am-6pm, though the fine was only around £14) The apartment is spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay plus some cupboard essentials meaning you can get a cup of tea when you arrive. The apartment was lovely and warm and always had hot water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The TV is huge, there are cards, jigsaws, books and loads of guides and tourist leaflets to plan your days. Magnus was a great host, keeping in touch and ensuring everything was okay for us. We will definitely be back to Iceland and will definitely book the apartment again.

Apartment is perfect for a stay in Reykjavik and with a car parking space that means you can park your hire car off the road and travel further afield to explore the dramatic landscape.
The Apartment is large, clean and well stocked with all you need to make your stay comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and had great fun exploring the Island. Couldn't get into the Blue Lagoon, you need to book a couple if hours in advance, but found a perfect alternative called the Secret Lagoon in Fludir. The coach tours are booked in between 1500 and 1730, but if you go outside of these hours it is quiet and an amazing experience. Best bakery in town is Braud & Co. have the Rubarb and Chocolate bakes - food fit for the Gods!!

The apartment is in a great location for walking around Reykjavik. On site parking is an important feature if renting a car. The apartment is spacious, clean and exactly as pictured. Check in and check out we're easy. Highly recommended.
