I had the great fortune of participating in the June, 2015 Knitting & Adventures in the Icelandic Country Side which Ragga hosted! Ragga is an excellent knitting teacher. Perhaps, the greatest compliment I can give is to share that I plan to attend another one of Ragga's tours in Iceland!

I know that Iceland is one of the most special place in the world, but my travelling was more perfect with Icelandic traditional knitting workshop. Ragga from Culture and Craft gave to me a lot of new knowledges in knitting, but also she knows everthing about Iceland and she was so kind to share all these interesting things with me. After that I can say, now, I really know something about Iceland.
And Hotel Laxnes in Mosfallsbaer was the best place for workshop, because it is very near to Reykjevik and also to real nature with mountains, sheeps and hourses and very lovely people.
Thank you, Ragga, for my highlight in Iceland!

Thank you Helena for choosing Iceland and Icelandic crafts. You are rely good in knitting and your interest helps you to get better and better in everything that you will do in live. Thanks for coming on a workshop. Mosfellsbær is the cradle of Icelandic wool and Hotel Laxnes is a great place in the middle. Ragga

This is a two part review. I worked the reservation for the class and Ragga was excellent to work with and all went according to plan. Now to the other half that took the class.
I would recommend taking a class from Ragga no matter what level of experience that the knitter or "would be" knitter may have. She is organized, her explanations are clear and concise and her knowledge is tremendous. The best part of the time with her was that she is a lovely, genuine, delightful lady!

I had the pleasure of spending a week with Ragga in Western Iceland in June 2015. It was such a great experience. Ragga is a highly knowledgeable and skilled knitter, and is so creative. She offers great advice and guidance.
On top of all of this, Ragga is a wonderful tour guide. She knows all of the stories and great places to visit.
If you have the chance, do travel with Ragga! She is a gem.

Ragga was our guide on a splendid Loom Weavers tour of Iceland. She is a skilled and patient instructor of knitting with a quick sense of humor. All enjoyed her as a delightful travel companion with extensive knowledge of both yarn and Iceland.
