“First night in Iceland”
Reviewed November 30, 2013

Here it was, our first night in Iceland from the United States and we wanted to find a place where we could watch our Cleveland Browns play football. A hot dog place recommended Bjarni Fel and pointed out the location. We arrived to find six TV's showing the Browns game. The woman behind the bar was very friendly, as were the patrons (most locals) who seemed to enjoy our passion for the game. The TV's also played a darts championship and a soccer/football game. Oh, by the way, we ended up eating "American" fare that the restaurant serves. The food was excellent, well prepared with good sized portions. Prices were very reasonable and the service excellent.

“Really good food, very pleasant staff!”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

I ate here twice while in Reyjkavik. The cheeseburger was good, but the Chicken Caesar Salad was outstanding! The beer, Viking, is sensational, because the water is so clean, it's what beer is supposed to taste like! Both times there were two soccer games on, as well as football and Rugby, thanks to seven screens on one wall. Definitely worth it!

“Great sports bar with reasonably priced food”
Reviewed August 14, 2013

This was by far one of my favorite bars in Reykjavik...good selection of drinks, super friendly staff, plenty of TVs to see a wide variety of sports end games, and the food is AWESOME! The Bjarni Fel burger is a must fror any lover of good food, but the pizza and other dishes are fantastic as well. You won´t be disappointed!

“Decent little bar”
Reviewed August 12, 2013

This is a decent bar located in a busy tourist area in Reykjavik. We only had a beer here, which of course was outlandishly priced, but it was good. Service was good and I've heard the burgers are yummy too.

“Great sports bar with reasonably priced food.”
Reviewed June 13, 2013

We stayed here one evening and because of the multiple screens showing different channels were able to see the (U21 competition (soccer), Eng vs Argentina (Rugby) and Eng vs Australia (cricket) matches. The Bjarni Fel burger (with egg & bacon) was very tasty and good value if bought with a beer. However it was expensive to buy Ciders and alcoholic ginger beer (£6 for 330 ml bottle).
