My daughter and I visited during extended hours on a Thursday evening during Christmas week. I am fairly confident we were the only visitors in the museum. The collection was fairly limited but pleasant, with a large number of interesting works by Erro, who I gather was one of the best known Icelandic artists of the last century. There were also the results of a national drawing contest, reflecting wildly divergent talents. All in all, a worthwhile visit. There is a meaningful admission charge.
