There were lots of things to do at this museum. Great for kids and adults. My favorite part was the ice cave and film on volcanos. A must stop for all.

Tho museum is brilliant to do at that start of your trip as it gave us all the history of Iceland in a fun, beautiful and interactive. The ice cave and planetarium are spectacular. Do not miss the view from the top.

Very well organised
Lovely staff
The northern lights show was amazing one of the best things I have ever watched. Then I went into the ice cave which was small but brilliant with a few little tunnels and passageways.
Then the coffee was brilliant up in the coffee shop overlooking reykjavik.
Would highly recommend

This was one spot we didn't want to miss and they didn't disappoint. It had an ice cave and very informative displays on volcanoes, glaciers and all things Iceland. Plan to visit and spend a few hours there.

I am glad to read you had us on your must-do list and spent a day here having a blast. Our Ice Cave is one of our favorite highlights of the museum. Did you know the building was constructed around six colossal water tanks with geothermal water reserves for Reykjavík, and most of the tanks are still in use? Thank you for your lovely review.

Very fun! Loved the ice cave and the lava show which was on the bottom floor. Was very clean and staff very friendly. Loved that you could also go outside and see the amazing view. Would recommend!

I saw and learned so much about Iceland here that I lost all track of time. I spent 3 hours here but it sure didn't feel like it.
