It cost 1000 isk per person to go up to the top, which is by lift and about 20 stairs, but the views were worth it.

Tallest structure in Reykjavik, but it's made out of ugly concrete, not particularly interesting inside. Though you can go up the tower if you like views.

Beautiful place to visit, free entry. However, they do charge a fee to use the elevator. I would bypass the fee for the elevator and visit the concert hall instead. I believe there is no fee to use their elevator.

make sure you get there right when it opens if you want to go up the tower. The lift only takes 6 passengers at a time and the lineup was quite long.

The inside is kind of boring, but the outside is lit up like a giant jack o lantern at night. the architecture is very icelandic.

Greatviews from the top of the tower.over Reyekjavic.
There is a small charge reduced only for children.
Travel up to the top in a lift, then a couple of short flights of stairs.

Where ever you are in Reykjavik you’ll be able to see the church in the skyline. The architecture on the outside is astonishing. You can can take some good holiday pictures here.
Inside the church it is very minimalistic but very different to many other churches around the world.
It costs €8 to go up the tower which is well worth it. The views are worth the money you pay.

Great photo opportunity and a fabulous coffee house and cinnamon bun bakery just a step or two away.

People went up and said the views were astounding and it only cost about a fiver.
