Heard good things about the Noodle Station in Reykjavik, so decided to try it out. I had just returned from a 12 hour hiking tour, so I was both tired and HUNGRY when I made it back to the city. These noodles totally hit the spot! Warm, spicy and delicious on a chilly evening! Food in Reykjavik can be quite expensive, but the Noodle Station is affordable - under 1000 ISK per bowl. The options are simple - chicken, beef, or veggie. If you would like "extra veggies", they will charge an extra 350 ISK, but these aren't really vegetables - just bean sprouts and green onions. So if you're a bean sprout fan, then go for the "extra veggies". If you're expecting broccoli and carrots, then I'd save the extra 350 ISK .
Again, totally tasty! Give it try!

After a few days without any of the customary Asian food that he enjoys, my partner was climbing the walls with withdrawal cravings. Thankfully we found Noodle Station a few blocks away from our hotel. The Thai noodles were very tasty and warmed us up on a cool late-summer evening. Their spice rating errs on the high side, so stick to mild unless you've got a reasonably high tolerance.

This restaurant only has three options--vegetable, chicken, or beef soup. If you're looking for an affordable meal ($10 US) that's warm, quick and tasty, definitely go to the Noodle Station. We ate their twice and it hit the spot every time. Add extra noodles for $2 for an extra big bowl.

Small little cafe serving chicken/beef/veggie noodles - spicy or not! I had chicken, my fiancée had beef - both gorgeous!!

Great food, amazing value for money, quick service. Job done :-)

Wish we'd found it earlier in the trip!

We actually ate here two times during our week in Iceland. The first time we sat outside and people watched and the second time we got takeaway and ate back in out hotel room. We tried both the chicken and the beef noodles and they were hot, tender and very flavorful. Not gourmet, but just really good noodles which sometimes is all one is looking for.
