Amazing experience

I can't recommend Discover Iceland enough! I took the Disco Northern Lights minibus tour with them a week ago and had an unbelievable time.

Our guide, Thor, was excellent. He took us to a great spot and gave us a great overview of what we were going to experience. He also told us exactly how to set our DSLR cameras and had tripods for us to use (which he also helped us set up). He not only kept checking in on how our pictures were coming out, but he took pictures of us in front of the Northern Lights!

After talking to other travelers later, I was even more grateful for our experience. While they were on huge impersonal bus tours surrounded by 100s of other people, we were with just our small group getting personalized help and the most amazing pictures!

Good trip - good guide

Picked up from the door and had a trip lasting about 8 hours. Saw various parts of Iceland. Orri was a very good and easy going guide, who told us lots of useful stuff about Iceland. Recommended.

Excellent Northern Lights Tour!

Booked the Nothern Lights Group Tour (Minivan) the morning of the day and Discover Iceland kindly accommodated us. Our tour guide/driver Þór Ostensen was very knowledgeable and professional. We were picked up on time and saw Northern Lights within 30 minutes of the tour. Þór Ostensen gave us camera instructions and helped taking everyone's pictures. Even though we saw Northern Lights in the very beginning of the tour, Þór Ostensen still spent the entire time with the group until everyone was satisfied. We even made another stop on our way back because we saw more Northern Lights. This was dream come true for all of us and we couldn't thank Discover Iceland and Þór Ostensen more. Strongly recommended!

Spicy Golden Circle and Northern Lights 4×4 Super Jeep Tour

We signed up for the Spicy Golden Circle and Northern Lights 4×4 Super Jeep Tour.

Spicy Golden Circle tour was great! Our guide, Hilmar brought us to Efstidalur to grab some ice-cream. It was yummy! He is passionate and knowledgeable about Iceland. The overall experience was awesome!

We got picked up in a big vehicle for the Northern Lights tour. It was comfy and we got to see the lights despite of the bad weather. Thanks to the guide :)

I will definitely head back to Iceland one day but probably during Summer to try out the different activities! Cheers!

Grand Circle Tour

+ v friendly and enjoyable. Just as others describe.
- expensive and only advantage to coach is 'off road' and glacier: which sadly a whiteout prevented us going to. Also no plan B or offer of hot chocolate whilst one couple did snowmobile.
- also 3 couples split between 2 rows of 3 is a real pity for so much money: £250 each!! But Iceland costs DOUBLE for everything....
