“Interesting building!”
Reviewed January 28, 2014

This hall was very close to our hotel and by the harbour so we regularly walked past it during the day and evening. At night it lights up with many different colours; an unusual, modern glass building that is interesting to see!

unusual design that makes this a unique building. Visited the center during the day and the night display is multicolored and a sight to see. I'd be interested to hear an actual concert in this center.

“Amazing architecture”
Reviewed January 26, 2014

The Harpa conference hall is down by the harbour. It looks pretty amazing from outside with its glass exterior, but if you go inside the view is awesome and is a must see - you can wander in during the day, and there is a reasonably priced cafe. Of a night time the outside windows of the building are lit up in a multitude of colours which move around the building and it's quite spectacular to see.

“What a building!”
Reviewed January 26, 2014

Popped into this oasis of warmth for a cup of coffee and to shelter from the cold wind. It's a stunning building whose appearance is constantly changing as the light changes. We went to a concert and the acoustics are very good. There is also a small cafe that serves soup, coffee etc at reasonable prices.
