We had two different Icelandic plates to get a taste of traditional food- smoked lamb, sheep head jelly, cod chips with butter, fermented shark, smoked salmon, beat salad, turnip mash, and fish mash. The rye bread here is so good- sweet and moist. The rye bread ice cream is also a unique dessert and very tasty. We made a reservation the morning of the night we went and had a nice view of the church. If you want to try some traditional food this is the place to go!
