We did two tours with this company: Northern Lights and Walk Through Fire and Ice. We were really pleased at how well-paced and organized they were. However, both of our guides were only so-so.
We didn't see any northern lights on our first tour, but our guides really tried hard to find them for us. Still, they showed us a good time and drove by some other attractions when it became clear that it was just too cloudy for northern lights. The beach was beautiful and the lobster meal delicious (and I had the vegetarian option which was also really good). Our driver, Hilda, was fairly knowledgeable but not very outgoing or friendly. Maybe this is a cultural difference, but I expect guides to be the life of the party: making conversation, entertaining the group, and brimming over with stories. At dinner the two guides talked with each other much more than with the guests. The driver/guide for the other Jeep, though, was a really fun guy. I wish we had been in his car! Note that the restaurant is the only indoor bathroom option for the entire night.
The Fire and Ice tour got us to some amazing locations: a gorgeous valley with a warm stream and the awesome glacier. It's worth having a guide for these two hikes (and you really should for safety's sake on the glacier). The valley hike had some steep and rocky points, but it was a slow pace. The glacier hike was not strenuous at all and I could have been out there for longer. We also had short stops at a couple of waterfalls and at a cafe/indoor mall for lunch. The day was well-paced with pit stops and pretty sights. Do note that this tour is about 10 hours long but you'll spend half of that driving. Our two hiking stops were maybe two hours each. Our guide, Stefan, was very smart and safety-conscious, but again, not especially bubbly.
