This is a brilliant place to eat. The restaurant is comforting and cool as soon as you enter, from the Post-It "guestbook" on the wall, to the industrial design combined with your Mum's old crockery for each course.
The cooking is spot on, with clever taste and texture combinations throughout the set menu options. I chose the Around Iceland menu (http://www.fiskfelagid.is/English/AROUND_MENU) which included fish and meat options, all prepared superbly.
Several dishes made me giggle, which is always a sign of good food. I would happily go back again.
