The eggplant appetizer stuffed with cheese was excellent. We tried the lamb and a vegetable curry dish. There wasn't much meat, but what was there was spiced wonderfully. Both dishes were very flavorful. The staff was attentive and friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

We visited this restaurant on the reviews from Trip Advisor.

Starters: Great!
Main: we tried the prawn sizzling dish and was very disappointed, when we asked about it he said that it was marinated in 20 different spices....... Not challenging him we knew that he had merely thrown on Cajun powder and looking into the dish further the prawns were on a bed of chips and carrots..... Very healthy apparently!!! Not sure how authentic this particular Nepalese dish was but I won't be asking for it again.
On the whole everything else was enjoyable.

Ate there twice on a recent trip to Reykjavik. Owner chef came to table both times, and second time chatted it up for it was near closing. Allowed us to come in late one evening for a meal since pretty much everything else was closed. Everything was completely fabulous from the Chicken Tandoori and Nepalese Marsala, to garlic noon, and specialty rice with raisins and cashews was a nice touch. Very nice wine selection also.

This Indian/Nepalese restaurant serves wonderful food. We went there for our 34th wedding anniversary and the food was some of the best I have ever had. The manager explained that is was home cooking and I could really tell that was true. Great place! Plus excellent value. I brought home some leftovers and we had them for dinner for 2 nights in a row.

Just had a really lovely meal, medium spiced curry, rice was perfect. Staff were friendly and attentive. Price was reasonable - would definitely recommend - worth a visit.
