Amazing food, absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We visited here on our last night in Iceland as a treat as we had heard such good things, we were not disappointed at all. As noted by others there was a bit of a wait for food, but it's all cooked to order, we just had some poppadoms and drinks to pass the time. Highly recommended.

A great Nepalese Restaurant, we had the Pakora & Samosa for starters & the 'Murg Masala' for the main which included rice or nan within the price, all of which were absolutely delicious, even if there was a fairly long wait, but well worth it, (we were on holiday & had plenty of time, so who cares!) The restaurant was fairly basic, but the staff /owners were very pleasant indeed, most certainly on the re-visit list should we come back to Reykjavik again in the future.

During our five day stay in Reykjavik we ate in this restaurant twice. Second time we brought a pack of cards with us to help us pass the time whilst we waited for the food and it was definitely worth the wait. The food is excellent and the Nepalese rice is gorgeous. I had the Murg Masala which was absolutely amazing.
I would recommend this restaurant, but please be patient whilst you wait for the food, the staff are lovely and friendly.

I won't lie there is a bit of a wait but its is because the food is freshly cooked, absolutely excellent food (I am a vegetarian) and the Nepalese pilau is to die for!! The owner and staff are extremely nice and friendly situated on Laugarvegur can't recommend enough.

Ordered a lamb and veg biriyani both had an unusual taste. The waiter came to clear or plates and realised something was wrong as we hadn't eaten much of it. He asked us what was wrong and we told him the rice is very unusual and sweet. The chef explained get put honey in it which is something we are accustomed to. I have to say the service and staff were really nice and apologetic , they offered to make us an alternative dish and gave us discount on our bill. Also the presentation of the food could have been better.
