Arriving at the restaurant at 21h10, we've been informed that the salad bar were closing at 21h but that the kitchen was still opened and the menu available.
Actually what happened is simple : we've been welcome by the owner, who has been one of the best waiters we've ever met. He was so passionate by his restaurant, and so willing to make us discover his food, that he ended up by bringing us two whole plates full of samples of each dish of his salad bar. Everything was well presented, super tasty and pretty unique. Sometimes Indian, sometimes western, sometimes African. We ordered as well the famous Feta Chicken. The chickenitself, the cooking, the seasoning and the presentation were absolutely amazing. All the recommendations the owner gave us, were accurate and we followed his advice with a lot of confidence.
But the food is not the only interest of this restaurant: the staff is really enjoyable too, also the decoration and atmosphere is relly peacefull, and nice.
All the ingredients are gathered to spend a unforgettable time there.
We had only 3 days left in Reykjavik when we discovered this place, so we went there twice again. One more dinner and one time for lunch.
You must try it ;)
