We had a great Golden Circle tour with Brian. He was very informative, stopped lots of times on route and answered all our questions! We thought that having a smaller group (there were 16 of us on a very comfortable and new minibus) made the trip a lot more personalised. We loved the Golden Circle and would book with this company again!

Brahim was our tour guide, he was so knowledgable about Iceland that I thought he was a native, but he is form Morocco. He had so much information to share about the South Shore. He watched over us to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time. He even offered us his rain coat at one point. The mini bus was very comfortable. The weather was very rainy that we did not get out of the bus at one of the last stops, the beach. We were able to walk on the glacier, but decided not to go in back of the waterfall. We were already pretty wet. We stopped for lunch and for a couple of other breaks. All the facilities were clean and the food was good.

On the final day of our trip to Iceland we went on 'The Golden Cirlce Tour'. Our tour guide 'Dooley' was very polite and informative, he told us so much about the local area and the history of the counrty. He kept us interested for the whole day and made stops for us to eat and have a hot chocolate to warm up! I could seriously recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see a bit more of Iceland and see some if it's breath taking sights. Choosing GTI as opposed to other bigger companies really made a difference as it a more personal experience where we were able to get to know our tour guide and ask questions when and where we wanted.

A friend and I toured the South Shore and the Golden Circle with GTI, and used a different company (booked before we left home) to chase the Northern Lights. GTI is head and shoulders above our other experiences. They take small groups and have personable informative tour guides. Dooley and Bahrim (sorry, didn't get the spelling of his name) were both full of anecdotes, information and had a relaxed way of interacting and responding to our requests. If you only do one tour, make it the South Shore on a sunny day. Sheer delight!

Dooley was our driver and he makes the trip wonderful with all his knowledge and information to share. It was the best day to see the South Shore. Sun shining and Glaciers where so beautiful with their blue ice. This tour company is always a small group - max 17 people. It makes it better this way.
