We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with Elding. It was very chilly, but we were provided with overalls which helped keep us warm. We spotted a few porpoises and some minke whales, but the sightings were short so we were offered complimentary tickets to try again which is much appreciated. Overall a very trustworthy company and a great experience.

What an anxious experience! The crew were fabulous, they kept us updated, spoke to the other vessels and kept us entertained so that we learned a lot about the marine wildlife. It was especially good to learn from the marine biologist. We were lucky enough to see porpoises, minke whales and orcas! Am incredible experience, the highlight of our holiday! Thank you so much 💕

This was a great trip but I think I got very lucky with the conditions and the sightings. Only 10 minutes into our trip we saw humpback whales and we saw them throughout our tour, aswell as some porpoises. The water was very calm and so the boat was not rocky at all. But it was a very busy boat so when a sighting is called by the (very informative) guide there tends to be a rush to spot the whales. It also does get very cold even when wearing all the layers you can, and I can imagine it would be very rocky onboard if the weather conditions aren't so kind.

We were so lucky to get a fantastic light show. The Aurora was amazing! The guys on the boat were so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful in making sure no one missed out. The Aurora was beyond expectation, the sky was so clear we were treated to greens, pinks and dancing, swirling magic! The boat didn’t go very far out but on the night we went it didn’t need to! Absolutely fantastic experience, couldn’t fault it!

We were very lucky. We saw minke, humpback and dolphins. We were out longer than expected because of all the sightings. I felt ok whilst on deck but when I went inside on the way back ,because I was too cold , I began to feel sick. The staff member behind the bar was so kind and gave me sweets to suck which really helped. She kept checking on everyone who was feeling rough. I decided to not try to take photos and just enjoy the experience. So it was great when at the end the staff said they would email us their photos. We received these the same evening and they are so much better than I could’ve achieved!
