We stayed here from 23-27 of February. Large appartment with cleaning every day. Nice and quiet location, comoftable beds and a very short walk to the main street, 5-10 minutes.
All at a reasonable price.

Stayed here in Apartment 80 for 7 nights end Jan/beginning Feb to celebrate my 30th birthday with my boyfriend. Firstly, we were sent loads of really useful information about the apartment, Reykjavik, tours etc as soon as we booked. The apartment was fantastic value for money compared to other places we looked at, yet was still of a good spec and in an excellent location - took us 5 mins to walk to museums/shops/restaurants/bars in the centre of Reykjavik. As the apartments are on a residential street it was lovely and quiet - our room also had views across to the Hallgrímskirkja. Apartment clean, modern, ample facilities for cooking (not that we did much of that!), and even though the living area and bedroom weren't separate in this particular apartment, we still felt that we had plenty of space. Heating and hot water as hot as you like - loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom especially as we were there in the midst of winter. Cleaned daily, even the washing up! Easy check in/check out, lots of useful maps, leaflets and instructions available. Reception were very helpful sorting out an issue we had with FlyBus Plus. Would have preferred a double duvet rather than two separate singles, and instructions for microwave/grill thingie, but was no big deal really. Strongly recommend these apartments!

5 Nights here over new year (13/14). Apt 70
Well located in residential area just 5 mins walk from a small square and less than 10 mins to the harbour or main shopping street. Numerous restaurants / coffee shops (not many chains=wonderful!) within 10 mins walk. Prices were 15-20% higher than UK but value for money was significantly better except for wine which is v expensive out. Buy in airport when you arrive.

The apartment is brilliant inside ...really warm and we couldn't believe the space that allowed the 4 of us to spread out. Kitchen is well equipped and had milk when we arrived and coffee/tea, etc stocked up daily. Small supermarket 5 mins walk away. Plenty towels. Dishwasher (tablet provided) was even emptied which doesn't happen very often. On new years eve we were left flowers and a bottle of hardy's fizz. Helped us off to a great start !

Had a minor problem with one of our tours booked through Reykjavik Excursions so phoned one of the staff who sorted things out

Felt a little sorry for others at major chain hotels who OK.....were dropped off from the coach trips before us but they were well out of town.

Not an issue for us but note the one bathroom - might not suit 3 or even 2 couples but was fine for us as a family.

Spent Christmas in Iceland with our 2 children (16/18yrs) having chosen this apartment from trip advisor. It was perfect so thank you to all those who had reviewed it in the past. We stayed in apartment 70 which has 3 double rooms, the apartment was enormous which made our stay even better as both the children and ourselves had plenty of space to be able to spend some time out. The lounge was really comfortable with everything you need so we enjoyed a relaxing Christmas afternoon in front of the TV! Location was spot on, we found the area quiet and only a 10 min walk to the harbour. Shops were just round they corner and we were only a short walk to the excursion company we had chosen to use. (Grayline) All communications were great and included extra emails with lots of info about the area, recommended restaurants etc. Thank you Freya we had a lovely Christmas, your country is beautiful and our stay was fantastic.
