The "Kebab-Pizzeria" seems to be a Pan-European restaurant concept which is representing the cultural integration more than the official European Community ever can.
Please note that the context of my review is this specific genre of restaurants only.
I use this restaurant occasionally when I need a quick lunch to take away. I just phone them to order and pick up my lunch on my way pass the restaurant.
This restaurant operates in premises of the former Nordea bank of Nummenpaka part of town, on Vanha Hämeentie street. The restaurant is very clean and tidy all the time, the food tastes really good and the portions are big.
They demonstrate their cleanliness and hygiene level by having the most recent health inspection report on the cash counter, obviously to distinguish themselves from the less professional rivals. This is a bit funny. The kitchen is visible to the cash desk and it really is clean. I have also noted that the crew members wash their hands when moving between the kitchen and the customer area.
The value / price ratio is outstanding. The personnel is friendly, and as one sign of professionalism they all have somewhat uniform outfits (labeled polo shirts etc.) and their delivery cars are also in nice shape.
These people have done their job in integrating to the Finnish society and I truly hope they manage their economy with these prices. I respect them as honest and hard working professionals. As the food is cheap to its quality, I always buy a couple of bottles of soft drinks just to give them some additional sales margin on the sale, as tipping is not habitual here. On the week, especially during lunch time and on weekend afternoons, the restaurant is quite busy. Parking on the small parking lot of the building is limited to just a few places, but just some 50 meters onwards there is a bigger public parking area.
