This chocolate shop is situated in Tallipiha (read separate Tripadvisor reviews about Tallipiha), almost in the city center. The interior of the shop is idyllic and the shop is full of different chocolate products. These handmade chocolates are produced mainly by three local chocolate factories but they also sell chocolate products from some other European countries, e.g. Latvian handmade truffles. In my opinion, this is the best place to buy chocolate in Tampere.

This shop sells large selection of local handmade chocolates. They are quite expensive as you might guess, but the shop itself is even worth to visit and see. And it's not only about the shop, but about the whole Tallipiha ("Stall yard") -area where there are also other little handicraft shops and old buildings at one yard. There are also couple of sheets and a donkey to pet and during christmastime the area is fabulous.

An interesting little place. The stables are so much better designed than the worker's houses. Quite hard to see how the horses would have appreciated the beauty of their accommodation.

Don't let the shabby looking building discourage you. There are delicious treats inside: Emihls Gustavs (Riga, Latvia) and LaPraline (Gothenburg, Sweden) in addition to Belgian and local chocolate. Some candy, too. There are various teas and coffee varieties for purchase also.
