Lovely clean apartment with good facilities. There is a fantastic roof terrace with a great view of the local nature reserve " El Clot" and 360* sunshine.
Very friendly and helpful owners who provide loads of information on the area.
Great location, 10 minutes to a fabulous beach and 5 minutes stroll to good bars and restaurants. Car not necessary as there is a local " choo coho" train every hour on the hour from O'Duills bar and restaurant.

I broke my leg a few weeks before going on the planned date of our holiday at the end of August, James was very understanding and allowed us to postpone our holiday until later on in the year when we were able to fly at no extra cost- James was a true gent! We rescheduled our holiday for the end of October, concerned that the weather wouldn't be that great, we were surprised to find we had highs of 28c and lows of 22c during the day, a little chilly on a night but nothing a jumper couldn't solve and considering we spent 2 weeks of our holiday in November we were blessed with great weather. The roof terrace is what sold the property to us and it really didn't disappoint, great view, loads of space, everything you need- truly fantastic. The beach was a 20 min walk away and not a bad beach. The national park located right next to the property was really nice to explore- it really helped with my rehabilitation. The property isn't too far from the airport either. The only thing that let the property down was the beds- they weren't too comfy. The only thing we found that let the holiday down was that the best eateries were a drive away, although the Dutch restaurant Les Tresbos at the end of the complex was really great, great food, great chef. We are really into our food and we found that there was a lack of local good restaurants but with the great produce in Spain and a BBQ on the roof terrace we could cook whatever we wanted. James turned what was a potential disaster of a holiday into quite a good one and within 2 weeks I went from needing 2 crutches to needing none- thanks James the holiday really helped and we appreciate your flexibility and empathy!

I recently stayed at this apartment with my daughter, sister & brother-in-law as a surprise for my Dad's 70th birthday party. What a lovely place to stay; apartment was great, especially the solarium. The location just 10 minutes from Alicante airport, with all the restaurants and bars across the road means you don't need to hire a car. I'll certainly be returning later in the year, Thank You
