Yes we do have hot summer days in Helsinki, at least in Kallio, when asphalt gets sticky and the seagulls stop screaming. This is the place to be then. Bear Park Cafe has made a act of culture by keeping the old kiosk alive, they also have an indoor facility next to the laundry. Real cups (no paper) and table cloths make this more a cafe than a kiosk. Selection is small and varies, many products come from local producers (Avikainen bakery in Kallio, Helsingin jäätelötehdas ice-cream, small brand lemonades...) .
