This excellent restaurant did a 2week summer "tour" in Tampere 2013 and it was a real pleasure to enjoy about great menu and wine selections, especially it's been a while since I visited the restaurant in Helsinki with business partners from Canada and US. The service and food was in exceptional level, wines matched perfectly. A visit to remember and especially my wife liked the goose cheese with liquorioce, a very special dish!
It was good to see that the persons working in the same industry can also share their kitchen with other restaurants during the summer time for these kind of Pop-Up restaurant visits (thank you Ravinteli Bertha, Tampere).
