We had a nice dinner in party of 4 (family with adult children) early November on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was fully booked so do not forget to book in advance. It is simply decorated in an interesting space which used to be an atelje. For starters we had roasted pumpkin, organic salmon and herring with pork terrine. All very tasty. For main course all of us chose meat of the day which was deer (peura). Meat was perfectly cooked an it was served with delicious sauce, potato and greens. For dessert we shared two signature desserts - liquorice crème brule. They have interesting selection of wines which are decently priced when it comes to Helsinki restaurant scene. Service is smooth and attentive.
We really enjoyed our dinner. Everybody was very satisfied with the dishes they picked. The total price of the dinner was very reasonable (again in Helsinki context). We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Atelje Finne.
