Visited on a Sunday in January. The restaurant is downstairs and is quite dark and soulless. The space is obviously used as a bar/club at night and it looked just like that during the day too.
The brunch buffet was served on the bar with a selection (3) of cereals, yoghurt and jams (2). Then there were 3 big bowls with some kind of pasta salad (well it was pasta before it was boiled to death), potato salad and a bowl with generic salad leaves floating in their own wash water. The bread selection was terrible and consisted of pre-cut stale bread bits and squashed croissants. There was a cheese board at the end of the buffet-of-depression, with blue cheese and a camembert-type soft cheese. There was also some bright orange generic-processed cheese slices at the bread section, which had obviously been sitting out too long, as they were dried up around the edges. All the food was cheap and tasteless.
After that, there was a dessert table with some small cake pieces (e.g. choc cake, spice cake and some apple thing), which were fine. The coffee was dilute and cheap.
The service was slow and disinterested.
For the quality of food they were offering, it was an insult to charge €17.50 per person.
