There are many small or bigger "Robert's coffee places" in Helsinki.
We have enjoyed their hospitality (in different places) everyday during our 5 day stay there.
They do offer sandwiches, but we have stopped for a simple tea break during our town wonderings.
The staff: was pleasant and efficient in every place we visited.
The "place": some were cozy and more relaxing...some were more quick service. We preferred those cozy seating places :). They were all clean and simply furnished.
The food: as I said, we have only stopped for sweet tooth and some warm tea and can not complain at all. As we are big tea lovers, the fact that they used "real teas" was very much appreciated. The cakes were also fresh and good.
I'll say, have your break ... :)
