The Fabian hotel is perfectly located on a quiet side street just steps from Helsinki’s key attractions..so was perfect for our weekend of exploring. We chose a Comfort Room, which was situated on the top floor under the eaves. It was very comfy, stylishly furnished and fully equipped for our needs. Though I was a little alarmed by some ominous cracks in the wall, which were difficult to ignore, and somewhat odd that this hadn’t been repaired.
The buffet style breakfast was delicious and for me a real standout. Scandi-style fayre with lots of fresh, healthy food options continuously being replenished by staff and the ideal start to the day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I genuinely can’t find any fault with our overall stay. Would strongly recommend to anyone travelling to Helsinki looking for a ‘boutique’ hotel experience.
