Went as part of a tour just after it had opened for the day so crowds were at their peak.
The church itself is an incredible feat of architecture but the ceiling is something to be admired.
if you are going there to find any peace or solitude, forget it as the noise and heat can become a little overwhelming with people and buggies trying to take photos and find the best place to test the acoustics.
There are toilets within the church but they charge €1.50 per person!
Watch out for pickpockets in the church and its environs.
