This was our first trip to Helsinki and we really liked the location of this hotel as it was very central to the city and good for walking as well as catching trams to see the sights. The buffet breakfast was really great and we also ate in the hotel restaurant at night because it was convenient; good range, little bit pricey especially for drinks, service very variable. Check in staff were 'brisk' and this hotel seems to attract mainly business travellers. Our standard room was pretty small and had a cracked handbasin. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But we enjoyed our stay and loved seeing the sights of Helsinki. Very conveniently located for the Kamppi and Forum shopping centres, right next door to the Chapel of Silence and a short walk from the famous Rock Church.
