I enjoy mexican flavours and have enjoyed every mexican meal I have had except this one. Mexican like many cuisines that are highly spice, if overdone, the salt overpowers everything to the detriment of flavours like chili, cumin, coriander etc. The fajitas were served rather flamboyantly in a large round cane tray, but if you had more than two eating fajitas they would not fit on the table. Luckily we were two for fajitas and one for a chicken basket. A bit of advice would be to take everything out of the round tray and put them around you and stack the tortilla boxes one on top of the other to give yourself room. The fajitas consisted of a hot plate with the grilled, spicy chicken (but too salty for me) on a layer of onion and bell peppers (burnt black underneath and also too salty for me), a tray of lettuce (thankfully no salt), 4 warm tortillas in a box (I ate one and a half) and small bowls of salsa (not enough), creamed avocado (not a strong avocado flavour) and cheddar sauce (I didn't enjoy it with my fajita) - for me the fajitas were salty, burnt and too many conflicting flavours with the condiments. I did not enjoy the meal at all - lots of leftovers.
